Hardy Machine & Design is determined to give you the best quality product at an affordable price. All of our work is inspected at each stage of production, resulting in a high quality product which meets or exceeds the most stringent industry standards.
We consistently produce high quality products and have applied for ISO-9000 status. Below you will find our quality standards for our precision machining and fabrication.

Precision Machining
- All of our work is inspected at each phase of production, ensuring a dimensionally correct and high quality finished product.
- All of our measuring equipment is calibrated at regular intervals to assure high quality and to assure full traceability to federal standards
- We have two different CMM's to measure GD&T dimensions as well as other
hard-to-measure dimensions. The Browne & Sharpe
ONE CMM is an automatic CMM for high-speed measurement of parts. The FARO Gage is a portable CMM that can be used to measure large parts at odd angles and can measure parts while still on the machine.
- Our quality plan is approved by a number of oil tool manufacturers who work to ISO-9000 standards.
Fabrication and Welding
- We are a certified ASME Code shop with a "U" stamp.
- We offer full service API-6A (19th edition) style fabrication work - pressure containing welds, corrosion resistant overlays, and repair welds.
- We offer full service ANSI piping fabrication.
